Wirutex has designed a range of whole tip router cutters in pcd with body in HWM. The pinnacle of quality and strength, to ensure machining without lines and marks. Available both in the Z=1 and Z=2 versions, these cutters are recommended for machining on panels made of:

Whole tip Z=1
PCD whole tip router bits and HWM body. For finger joints and rebating on chipboard, MDF with laminate facing, Corian, HPL and stratified materials.

Advanced
PCD router cutters with whole tips Z=2, body in HWM, specifically for machining highly abrasive materials, phenolic materials, Corian and stratified materials. To ensure maximum stability and cutting quality, Wirutex recommends using with a ThermoGrip chuck.
