The new company will be officially presented at the Milan event with a review of its first year on the market.

Milan, May 2016 - Wirutex shares important changes at Xylexpo. The company from Italy, which has 30 years of experience in the production of polycrystalline diamond and hard metal components for woodworking machines, chose to officially present its new corporate structure in Milan.

There's a new majority partner as of May 2015, with the arrival of BI.FIN srl, a financial company owned by the Selci family, and of Patrizio Pasquini - the old company's head of research and development - with management support by Giancarlo Selci, the founder of Biesse Group.

The first year was marked by significant investments in human resources and in production, with the acquisition of new machines and technology: these investments resulted in a 40% increase in revenues as compared to the 1st semester in 2015.

"Giancarlo Selci's intervention is representative of the broad scope of the company's new business plan; Wirutex can now rely on the experience and genius of a great man and a great entrepreneur," Patrizio Pasquini stated, "which will further strengthen our presence on the national and international market."

Quality, technology and human capital will focus on developing new products: that's the Wirutex vision for the near future, and it's backed by specific know-how perfected over years of experience.

"Designing has always been one of our company's strengths and plays a significant role for us," Pasquini continued. "We call it SMART DESIGNING, to highlight our skill in ensuring that even the most complex projects are easy to understand. It's an important skill, which our clients have recognised over the years, and it has helped us develop important partnerships with leading companies on the market."

Wirutex brought its range of polycrystalline diamond and hard metal components to Xylexpo, as well as some new items, including the Q-System, a product related to edgebanding.
