Wirutex high-tech tools produces a complete range of saw blades in polycrystalline diamond or tungsten carbide to implement the innovative technological solutions adopted by the Selco panel sizing centres made by Biesse.<\/p>\n

The production of these tools is the result of 40 years of collaboration between Wirutex high-tech tools and Biesse, based on dialogue and understanding.<\/p>\n

Biesse has been designing, building and selling a full range of machines and systems for the woodworking sector since 1969, and one of its reference markets is the large-scale furniture industry.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Wirutex polycrystalline diamond blades are designed with specific technologies that don’t interfere with the automatic ground spur alignment device on Selco panel sizing centres. The noise reduction slots on the saw blade body, for damping the vibrations during machining operations, are created using laser technology. They also improve the cutting quality and duration, whilst reducing noise levels.<\/p>\n

Wirutex saw blades are ideal for sizing single panels or books of panels in MDF, chipboard or melamine chipboard. Upon request, Wirutex can make specific blades for machining compound materials such as carbon, resins, corian, HPL and stratified materials.<\/p>\n

All Wirutex saw blades are designed for use in machining operations with mechanical feed, and they respect the European Standard EN 847-1. The range of Wirutex saw blades for panel sizing centres includes both the main saw blade and the scoring saw blade.<\/p>\n<\/div>

The scoring saw blade may be in polycrystalline diamond or tungsten carbide. The diameters vary from 250 mm to 350 mm, and the tooth geometry is conical or ATB. Our saw blades for Biesse Selco panel sizing centres are designed for use on both single-line and flexible panel sizing centres.<\/p>\n<\/div>
